We know weaknesses in our bodies inhibit our riding and at times, our dysfunctions can be mirrored in our horse's body. Many of you know I am a competitive strength athlete and maybe you've inquired about ways you can become a better rider through some sort of strength training/lifting.
With a bit of a lull coming up in my school schedule, I will be working on obtaining personal training certification(s) so I can offer personalized training programs for the equestrian later this year. This is an idea that has been percolating around my mind for awhile and it's time to bring it to fruition.
